Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping Policy

We will only ship orders to confirmed shipping addresses associated with the purchasers credit card billing and shipping information. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated or requested by our clients. Expedite/overnight shipping is available at clients request. Rushed orders are only available for cash or wire transfers. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and identity confirmation before all orders are shipped. Customer order typically takes 21-30 business days to complete depending on difficulty of the custom work. Orders are processed Tuesday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends, non business days, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International shipping

We ship internationally at a starting rate of $100.00 USD. If you are an international client please contact info@187designs.com before placing order to avoid longer processing time on all orders.

Return Policy

187Designs.com is a custom website. All orders placed here are considered custom unless stated otherwise. If you place an order from this website, 187Designs.com, you are notified via email. No refunds or exchanges on custom grillz for hygienic reasons. There’s a 40% restocking fee on all returned items if permitted by return policy. Buyers are fully responsible for all returned shipping costs unless item arrived damaged or the wrong product. If item is eligible for a refund, it must be returned no later than 7 business days after arrival in original undamaged condition. There is a 100% no refund policy on custom orders due to all custom orders being created specified to our clients preference. Please allow 14-21 business days for all returns to be inspected and reviewed. Store credit will be applied if applicable.
